Frequently Asked Questions
How is my price calculated?
Transfers are priced by the distance by road between your pickup and drop-off, extra stop included. Tolls are always included. Hourly service starts at $90 per hour in a Sedan. Gratuity is not included. The price shown when you book is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
Is gratuity included?
No. Your fare covers the ride and the tolls, not a gratuity. You can add one when you book — 15%, 20%, 30% or any amount you choose — and it is applied to the final confirmed price, not to the estimate. You are equally welcome to leave nothing at booking and settle it directly with your chauffeur.
What if my flight is early or delayed?
Give us your airline and flight number when you book. Your chauffeur follows your flight and adjusts the pickup to your actual arrival time, at no extra cost.
When and how do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you send your request. Once we confirm your car and your price, you receive a secure payment link. If we cannot take your ride, you owe nothing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Call or text us at 617-792-4717 if your plans change.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child seats and boosters are $20 each, with up to two per vehicle. Just add them when you book.
Can you take a group?
Yes. Our Sprinter seats up to 12 passengers with their luggage: $320 between Logan and Downtown Boston, other transfers priced by distance from $300, or $150 per hour with a three-hour minimum within Massachusetts.

All of Greater Boston and Massachusetts, every New England airport, and long-distance trips anywhere in the United States and Canada. Hourly service is available within Massachusetts.
